Terms of Service
Effective August 19, 2026
Recon Signal is operated by Signalpulse Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Signalpulse,” “we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Recon Signal (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
1. What the Service does
Recon Signal watches public sources for buying-intent signals relevant to the ideal customer profile you configure, drafts outreach (emails, community replies, and other actions) in response, and queues those drafts for your approval before anything is sent. Some actions can be configured to send automatically once you've enabled auto-send for that action type — that setting is off by default and is yours to turn on.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for business use by adults (18+) acting on behalf of a company or as an independent professional — not for personal consumer use.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise at checkout) through our payment processor, Dodo Payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing but we don't provide refunds for the remainder of a period already paid for, except where required by law.
4. Your responsibility for what you send
This is the most important section for anyone using Recon Signal to reach prospects by email, and we want it stated plainly rather than buried in boilerplate.
The Service drafts outreach based on public signals and the ICP you configure, but you decide what gets sent— either by approving each action individually, or by explicitly enabling auto-send for an action type. You are the sender of record for any email, message, or call initiated through your account, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that content and your use of the Service complies with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM, the EU/UK GDPR, CCPA, TCPA (for calling), and any anti-spam or data-protection law that applies to you or the people you're contacting. We provide unsubscribe handling and suppression tooling to help with this, but compliance with the law is your obligation, not ours.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications outside these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harassing communications.
- Collect or process personal data in violation of applicable privacy law.
- Circumvent suppression, unsubscribe, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, or interfere with the Service's operation.
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written consent.
6. Third-party connectors
The Service integrates with third-party providers you connect yourself — for example email sending providers, CRMs, and calling providers. Those connections use your own accounts and API keys (“bring your own key”). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability, pricing, or policies.
7. Data ownership
You own the data you upload or that's generated in your workspace — your contacts, campaigns, drafts, and configuration. We process it to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion of your workspace data at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any draft, signal, or send will result in a particular outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signalpulse Technologies LLC's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including Section 4 or 5, and we don't cure a breach after notice where one is given.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
