Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, and password (hashed, via our authentication provider).
• Workspace configuration: your ICP description, watch sources, connected providers, and settings.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Dodo Payments — we don't store full card numbers ourselves.
• Product usage: pages visited, actions approved, and similar in-app activity, used to operate and improve the Service.

When you use Recon Signal, your workspace collects and stores data about companies and people you're prospecting — for example, names, emails, and public posts that matched your configured signals. This data comes from public sources (like public forum posts) or from lists you import yourself. For this data, you are the controller and we act as a processor on your instructions — it's your data, used to run your outreach, and we handle it accordingly.

To operate, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We don't sell personal data.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Recon Signal, each bound to protect it:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
• Dodo Payments — subscription billing.
• Railway and Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend, and any email/CRM/calling providers you connect yourself, for sending on your behalf.

We disclose data if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Signalpulse, our users, or the public.

Every commercial email sent through Recon Signal includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, in compliance with CAN-SPAM. Clicking unsubscribe immediately suppresses that address from further outreach from the sending workspace. If a link ever doesn't work, email hello@reconsignal.com and we'll remove you manually.

We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it (for example, billing records) by law.

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@reconsignal.com. If a prospect in someone else's workspace wants their data removed, that request should also go to that email — we'll route it appropriately.

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level database security scoped per workspace — to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Our infrastructure may process and store data in countries other than your own, including the United States and Japan. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

The Service is for business use and isn't directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
